Thrive was growing so fast that my manager had only been with the company 2 years and his manager 4 yrs. There was always an issue with getting approval from proper management. It could take days to get the answer to a question that should only take a 10 mins. This was a constant issue. Quotes are rarely the same. Try getting a quote out in a timely manner when you have service questions and can't get to the proper manager.

Lot of talk about culture but reality is there is none. Growth mainly due to numerous acquisitions. Not a place to grow a career, unless you have friends in high places
