Lot of talk about culture but reality is there is none. Growth mainly due to numerous acquisitions. Not a place to grow a career, unless you have friends in high places

Thrive was growing so fast that my manager had only been with the company 2 years and his manager 4 yrs. There was always an issue with getting approval from proper management. It could take days to get the answer to a question that should only take a 10 mins. This was a constant issue. Quotes are rarely the same.
