My overall experience was poor. Expectations were not clear, nobody hits quota...some people never really get assigned quotas. The product is very niche and hard to sell. The CEO promotes a toxic culture and rules with fear. The internal tech stack is poor, the training program is not effective and grants a bonus to those who complete it....nobody has in a long time....Read More
