Current Employee Toast has several different divisions that might as well be different companies when it comes to the sales org.
The growth teams quota is way higher than the average rep is achieving. Toast is a great company, but the quota is fundementally broken with well under a quarter of reps hitting month to month.
Changes may be coming— not sure how long this environment can remain healthy for the business with good reps leaving and churn rising all while attempting to backfilling roles/grow.
