Product market fit is declining as Toast innovation slows down. While adding core products for a long time, there was significant growth in capabilities. That has slowed to almost zero, with the team rarely following through on promises made to the sales staff during annual conferences.

Great company and product - but changes in territories and competitive scene made it harder and harder to sell. Toast's enablement was absolutely fire compared to other orgs. Great company culture.
