Todyl as an organization is attempting to "find their way" when it comes to building a sales team. Executive leadership believes that the product sells itself. Meanwhile, the teams involved in sales struggle due to lack of defined process, methodology and leadership.

First off, people on the sales team are leaving in exodus (for good reasons), so I’m sure Todyl will be hiring heavily in the coming months. Heed my warning.
