Former Employee Toxic workplace environment. The company is plagued by heavy travel demands, poor management, and a culture of yearly layoffs and silent firings. Most institutions either don’t recognize TH or hold a negative perception due to its predatory practices.
Weak products. The technology is outdated and sub-par, while the content is more appropriate for middle or high school rather than higher education or professional audiences.
Toxic leadership. The company enables one individual to operate unchecked. Despite holding numerous titles over time, she contributes little value, openly plays favorites, and fosters a hostile environment. If she dislikes you, your role is at risk. Her influence is corrosive and has become a major liability to the company.
