terrible company with directives and leadership always changing. Reps do not hit quota because management creates unattainable quotas so they can pay less per sale. Management does not care about their employees and work life balance does not exist. They expect you to be travelling 3/4 4 weeks of the month, yet the pay does not align. Sales are difficult since Top Hat has a poor reputation and very high turnover. SF is a mess and customers get pounded by SDR/AE/CSM since there is no cross-collaboration.

Overall very good since I have been there several years but there are some drastic improvements that need to be made to culture and the market is extremely hard
