They preach a culture of hard work, but it doesn’t benefit anyone but the company. Inbound leads are given to specific people in the company. You work overtime with no pay and there’s no work life balance. They even make it hard for reps to get internal leads.

Advice to management: increase base pay for entry-level candidates to be competitive with other large 3PLs. Non-compete should be gotten rid of.

TQL is very behind in the times. The compensation structure is laughable. Your base salary is well under market average, the commision structure is a draw which means you are only allowed your base salary OR your commission, not both which is insane in todays job market.
