Great training, amazing co workers, energetic. Long hours for the base compensation, would rather have a better pay with the hours worked

It's a cut throat frat house where if you are in, you'll make decent money. If you're not in, you won't get anything except a PIP and release from them. They aren't sales, they are snake oil cons who do whatever it takes to hit quotas. Pay is low, hours are long, you'll make more waiting tables.

I’ve worked here for a very long time and believe you can do well here, but definitely need help from upper management. Also, work life balance is terrible and management can be very unhelpful often
