My experience was negative my entire training class either quit or was fired due to unrealistic expectations set by management and decreases in compensation

I got in too late to get access to the accounts that make the real money. After a year and a half the only way up was if someone else quit on my team. I did not see anyone quitting in the near future and being assigned the desired account. It was a lot of fun, great people, grind mentality, people kept it real. I just wish there were more opportunity for me.
