Former Employee Working at TouchBistro as an MDR comes with a lot of positives but also some challenges. The company provides strong sales tools and plenty of training workshops that are genuinely helpful for building skills and confidence. You feel well-supported in terms of resources and professional development.
One of the harder parts is breaking into a new market, which takes persistence since many prospects may not be familiar with the brand or already use other solutions. In my experience, leadership style can also make a big difference. My regional sales manager wasn’t the best fit in terms of management approach or motivating the team, which sometimes made things more challenging, though others may have had a different experience.
