Fast paced environment with high expectations. There were challenges around transparency, career progression, and consistent leadership. Favoritism sometimes influenced advancement, and the product faced tough competition with weak market fit. While support varied, I still gained valuable experience, though long-term growth proved difficult for many reps, including myself.
