Overall Townsquare offers a lot of products that only sort of work. A very jack-of-all-trades master of none offering of business solutions. The same could be said of every aspect of employment at Townsquare. Middle of the road compensations, leadership, development, commissions, work life balance. All just sort of average. Good starting point but not a great middle career or end point company

Decent sales opportunity right out of school. They’ll teach you how to sell and prospect and if you’re able to survive a year or two it’ll open doors to better sales jobs down the road. Pay is horrible and it sucks at times, but looking back at my time there and where I’m at now in my career at 28 and 5 years out of working for TSI - I wouldn’t change a thing....Read More
