Working out of a pool of “400k” “fresh” leads that have just been recycled through sales force because all the fresh leads get cherry picked by senior reps with different tech stacks. Demos are usually waste of time. Not a single rep in the Phoenix office made presidents club let alone even hit quota. No time for actual prospecting, just smile n dial. No incentive to keeping clients signed up longer than 1 month other than clawbacks. Nobody in management seems to know anything about how SEO actually works and just throw out facts they believe to be true which are almost always contradictory to what another manager says. Anybody with an internet connection can be an SEO expert, nobody needs to pay 400 a month for us to put them in a couple directories and make them a subpar website and a useless Facebook page. The company also had one of the worst quarters ever last year, went from 4 plus stars to 3 stars, and cancelled their Christmas party(which is never a good sign).
