Very difficult to understand what the company's strategy is and ability to execute. Almost zero marketing/bus dev support in region. Several reorgs have left the org thin in certain areas.

I really like the people I work with. We have no standards or standard operating procedures however in my org. There still cutting their teeth trying to figure out how to compensate this role and where it fits into the bigger picture. From a services perspective they need to dial in their core focus and GTM.
