Current Employee Trellix is a decent company. Products are continually improving and public perception is slowly getting better. Internally, one of the challenges in 2024 is their stepped commission approach. They establish your Base Commission Rate for 1-100% and from there, you only get 70% of it for 1-50% of quota attainment and then 51-100%, they pay at 130%. Great if everyone is always exceeding quota but that’s not the reality and gives the bigger benefit to the company.
