After the merger between McAfee and Fireeye, the company unfortunately lost its focus in Latin America, leaving partners, clients, and employees to fend for themselves. They dismantled the entire structure in LATAM, focusing solely on Colombia with leadership completely oriented towards FireEye. This decision had negative repercussions for those involved in the region, as they were left unsupported and abandoned by the company. It is concerning to see a once thriving company neglect their responsibilities and disregard the needs of their stakeholders in LATAM.

The past year has been very difficult. The account lists were not well planned. Layoffs every month and very few opportunities. Very crowded product space and many operational issues. Not a fun or healthy sales environment.
