Former Employee This is a very competitive envirionment and for "Hunters" in the Field Sales Consultant role. There is a ton to learn and you need to be professional, good at detail and adhear to playbooks if you want to be successful. The first 6 months are difficult but then gets easier. SCs need to realize that medical pricing and pricing approvals are controlled by a small team and tend to be inflexible to stay competitive.
Middle Sales Management creates a toxic culture and plays favoritism towards Director roles. Re-orgs and sudden changes are expected and Mgr Dir and SVPs do not like to be questioned or consider feedback from the field. While 1st level teams have a good cultural, trust and support from level 2 and 3 is not present.
There are many great EEs in the company but innovation, Implementation and ROE need to be addressed. Browse Other Reviews
