I was hired to sell a product that the people running my division in the US did not understand. Once I learned the product, I was moved to an untested Saas product. It was very disorganized, and my manager was an obstacle to my success.

Terrible. Most disorganized company I have ever worked for and I have worked for fortune 100 down to a company of only 12. Leaders don’t care about personal growth and company does not invest in any resources like marketing, lead generation, events/conferences.
