Current Employee Trimble has great people & culture but as a heavy acquirer of small solutions/businesses to incorporate into their portfolio, the company is constantly making sweeping changes year to year, including restructuring and realigning of territories, which makes it extremely hard for customer reps to build relationships. There is also heavy favoritism shown towards the ERP products and reps over others. There is a new CRO and VP of Sales in place, however, compensation plans and sales incentives in 2025 have been cut into literal half, with quotas increasing 40+ % and reduced territories.
