Current Employee3.0Jul 1, 2025I've been with Trimble for over 3 years, and during my time here, the pay has gotten significantly worse, the systems in place are painfully inefficient, and we're losing market share because the product doesn't fit the need of the modern customer. It's a disappointing fall from grace.
