I've been with Trimble for over 3 years, and during my time here, the pay has gotten significantly worse, the systems in place are painfully inefficient, and we're losing market share because the product doesn't fit the need of the modern customer. It's a disappointing fall from grace.

Trimble has traditionally always had low base salaries relative to the market average. Because of the transformations in the AECO divisions that have taken place over the last 5 years, and new leadership, the comp plan and quotas have been all over the place. Overall it has been a good experience. Sales teams can be siloed, and there are a lot of manual processes that can slow down sales.
