I have OTE $150K but over achieve to $350K because I have awesome accelerators after 150%. I'm reading that many reps hit their quota, for MM AEs - OTE is $195k and I'm surprised why top earners aren't making more than $264K. Does the comp plan not reward those who go beyond 100%, 150%, 200% etc.?

More QuestionsHeard that 25% of the company was laid off as of today (Sept 6, 2023) including some sales reps.
