Coming from other hospitality tech companies, this one does not know how to set their teams up for success nor do they understand the financial impacts their customers face everyday (selling a high cost product to a slim margin industry does not make it a one-size-fits all product). Training was extremely limited and out of touch. Ceo and senior leadership take no accountability or provide the team with any value except problematic behavior. They are not quick on their feet to ensure the success of their employees. Very limited diversity.

Great product, we are the most expensive solution on the market for SMB and mid market, which is currently stalling deals. Quotas are reasonable and attainable if you are strong in outbound motion.

Great company who has an incredible tool, but since it cannot be sectionalized they run into issues selling against the newer companies in the space who specialize in one or two things.
