For an automation company, the internal processes are so painstakingly elaborate and archaic, with outdated systems and low effort from the Leadership team if they have 30 seconds to respond. Low sales enablement overall, which leads to poor customer and employee retention. The primary motivating levers my team gets are Fear, Pressure, and Anger.
