The CEO is fine but there was a Sales Director there that had no idea what she was doing, newly promoted. Definitely quit if she is your boss. Had no idea how to even explain how the different sales methodologies worked to her team. However I heard she was demoted and can't run a team anymore so hopefully she is not in a leadership role anymore.

I would recommend, depending on your background and what you're looking for. Leadership team has integrity which is always a plus. Not somewhere you should expect to stay long term.
