Current Employee3.3Jul 19, 2025Overall not bad, would recommend. Pay is very middle of the pack, but the workload isn't too bad. Management could do better with actual management and coaching. They recently changed comp structure based on numbers that everyone knew were not sustainable long term and thus has made it difficult to hit targets.
