So far this is a solid company. The challenges are mostly internal, I think the product is tremendous but the enablement, training, and external messaging is lacking making it a little more difficult than it should be to get in doors. It would be nice is there was equity as part of the compensation package also.

Great company for long term employees, very difficult as a new hire. Limited support structure, marketing almost non-existent and very little upper management support. Good 12 month gig as a career reset.
