Former Employee Overall experience was decent, reason for leaving was the comp structure was complicated and unwieldy. No one really understood it well, to include managers. It was hard to know exactly for what types of deals you would get compensated for and how much you would get with each close. Management was good (aside from not having clear understanding of comp plans, company culture was good as well.) Overall, I am thankful, but it was time to move on.
