It was a great company while I had a great manager. Part of the first round of layoffs it was unfortunate because I was hitting all accelerators with a fiscal quarter to go. Now it’s been 3 more layoffs and I’ve been referred to positions that were once eliminated by the position manager but not given an interview. Seems to be falling apart. Lacking direction and diversity of thought.

Overall culture was dev focused and very interested in SF social issues more than selling products. Very complicated comp plan and very hard to make money as a sales rep.
