This is a company built from developers with an engineer mindset and the company runs the same way. It is a lot draw the "owl" and figuring it out. Former Employee4.0Aug 5, 2024Twilio is a fantastic organization. I left about a year ago. The leadership was undergoing changes and lacked clarity/vision but the pay was fantastic. The culture was a bit entitled and focuses a lot on DEI. The role of Enterprise reps was shifting to be much more similar to a CSM/AM Overall a lot of really great and nice people who were competitive but not always...Read More
