Great short term opportunity. Very toxic work environment that lies to their workers about the residuals. Great stepping stone into another job not a career. If you don't get promoted into leadership within a year I would pursue other options.

My experience overall was decent. No base pay but commissions were generous. Trying was very good but no pay and don't get to sell by yourself for the first 3-4 weeks which is no pay.
