At an office to office level, company is good if management at office along with marketing and service staff are strong. As you go up the ladder of corporate command up to being owned by PE firm things start to complicate. Corporate metrics and rollouts to reinvent the wheel get in the way of actually doing the job that is sales

For a brokerage they have a market leading compensation structure. The territories are pretty set so do not expect inbound. It’ll be 100% outbound for most until you start getting referrals. Sales driven culture with a solid support apparatus to manage day to day of clients.
