Ok nothing special- I was there during covid and they kept all of us....but it was hard to recover. I started 2 months before the world shut down. My co-workers did not seem happy at all.

For a brokerage they have a market leading compensation structure. The territories are pretty set so do not expect inbound. It’ll be 100% outbound for most until you start getting referrals. Sales driven culture with a solid support apparatus to manage day to day of clients.
