I learned a lot from the Subject Matter Experts, however, local leadership was a mess. It was hard to be efficient. USI is a very 'metric' driven organization and, in my opinion, prioritizes spreadsheets over their people, and sometimes over their clients...

My overall experience here has been amazing finally found a company that prioritizes the sales department and gives them all the resources to succeed. The culture here is hands down the best. Everyone genuinely wants you to succeed. I have found the company I want to retire with if I don’t mess it up myself.
