Brand new Sr leadership does not have a very good strategy to win, but makes uninformed decisions as though they do. Not seeing a straightforward path to how the company succeeds in the next 24 months. Rep participation is very low, struggling to land new business and keep existing business.

Udacity was a great experience but could never really figure out their go-to-market approach, organizational strategy, pricing structure. Lacked a lot of necessary resources (marketing, engineering).
