My overall experience with Udemy is that they are well-positioned for growth but sales leadership is top heavy with changing objectives and quotas are unattainable for the current market.

Udemy was a great place to work, culture-wise; the training and learning opportunities are excellent. The goals were not very difficult, but it all depends on your manager what kind of experience you will have. Overall, it is one of the better places I have worked, tbh.
