Current Employee My experience is mixed. The business has changed a lot since I joined, personally I feel the leadership team especially in EMEA have failed to support the businesses evolution. A complete lack of strategy, poor communication and fear based leadership. There is a lack of equity, if you get a good region, book or you're lucky with leads, your name is in lights whilst others are treated like they aren't good enough. There is a complete disconnect with the people, for example what reps, especially younger people (<35 years) deal with, such as cost of living, pressures of renting in Ireland etc. Leaders talk a good game about diversity, positive leadership and coaching etc but in reality, the so called 'good culture' is just words, not actions.
