Be careful working here. Not one fully ramped Enterprise AE hit annual goal in 2024. Leadership willfully turns blind eye to pricing and product market fit to protect optics from Wall Street and show growth.

Overall the peers you have are what make this company. There’s a lot of turnover per any sales org, but there have been new KPIs out in place, it’s much more challenging to hit quota now that it has to be in a business consideration stage before it’s qualified, and management does weekly “power hours” where they listen to your calls live and give active feedback-...Read More

Was okay. Was part of a mass layoff because the company overhired. They are rebuilding and retooling the whole GTM so may not be a great place for someone at this time.
