Current Employee I’m really happy at UiPath. The team is incredible, and the support from the Presales and Customer Success teams is extremely valuable. My dotted-line manager and the upper management are also very involved in the business, always providing guidance and making things easier.
I particularly appreciate the collaborative environment and the open communication across different teams, which makes me feel both supported and empowered. There is a clear focus on customer success, innovation, and continuous improvement, which keeps the work dynamic and motivating.
Overall, I feel that UiPath offers a great balance between professional growth, teamwork, and leadership support. It’s a place where I can contribute meaningfully while continuing to develop my skills and career.
