Couldn’t be part of a more toxic work environment, which has impacted mental health and caused nearly everyone on my team to quit. Goals 10x outside of reality, create a terrible pressure (unlike any sales org I’ve been a part of, this isn’t just normal sales pressure to hit/exceed). Run the other way.
