Current Employee Positive experience overall with sales and operations leadership. Company truck and gas card. Your earning potential varies on the territory you have but so does the your effort and ability to sell Used Equipment. If you’re in a busy metro market with a lot of reps and you start in a smaller territory, work hard and you will eventually find yourself in a better one with higher earning potential. Opportunity for advancement to KAM role is also attainable within a couple years if you’re persistent on the rental side and do well in UES (Used Equipment Sales).
