UnitedHealth Group is a very stable company with job security (depending on dept) who are very lenient when it comes to helping you be successful in your role. There are things that can be overlooked such as bad behavior or pivoting at the drop of a dime in some cases right after pivoting the prior week or month. Very stingy when it comes to commission and hourly pay. They don’t fire anyone in management even if their team consistently under performs so there’s no room for progression.
