There is meat on the bones if you're willing to dig. Lots of attrition even good performers are cut sometimes Great culture and good leadership. Lack of structure but in such a way where creative sellers can craft interesting deals. Start up rock and roll mentality

Great company for a lot of reasons, but there's clear favoritism and bloat. There is not enough food for all the reps to eat yet they continue to hire and the talent is mediocre at best.
