Former Employee Worst place I’ve ever worked as a sales rep and I’ve had experiences before. The BDR manager only knows how to do mirco management and that’s it. He should have never been given this role to begin with. Equipment is slow, the CRM tools aren’t great for power dialing, so you’ll get yelled at for not dialing quickly enough. Low pay for the position and the quotas are ridiculous high( It’s 30 a month.)
