The CMMS market is a tough market to sell into, but UpKeep continues fighting and our products are competitive. I have some criticisms about a few things, but there have been some changes within sales, marketing, and product that seem to be improving things.

Great team and people. The sales comp is way below market value and quota attainment was abysmal.

Overall, the company is just a mess. Product has stood still for too long, angering customers, and leading to a lot of competitive loss. Executives are too cheap to invest in anything. Quota for SMB reps is pretty much $50k/mo and MM is $60k/mo. Top AE only hit 50% in Q1, and there are harsh decelerators, so there is no upside.
