The base is a good deal lower than other SaaS SDR roles I have seen posted on LinkedIn. Still, the culture, working environment, and experience I'll gain more than make up for it. The inbound opportunity is there, and hitting quota is not an insurmountable task. Enjoying my time so far.

Rutterless Leadership without focus and vision. Adjusted approach weekly and then seemed surprised by adjusted results. Made to feel useless and ineffective during each interaction with my boss through demeaning statements and creating an unhealthy workplace daily.

The product had a lot of potential and the existing customers absolutely loved it. There was a lot of inbound lead flow at the time and their marketing team and customer success team were very good. The only problem is that they don’t invest money into their sales team at all. They are very risk-averse and because of that, their potential to grow is limited.
