Overall I’ve enjoyed my time at UserTesting. There has been a lot of change and turnover from the top down the last couple of years which comes with a lot of changes in process and strategy.

Overall experience has been good. Great people to work with. Collaborative teams from solutions consultants, research consultants, CSM's, etc. Reshaping the product offering which has created more opportunity for sellers. True product market fit but other competitors are creeping in.
