Overall I cannot recommend UT. Product market fit maybe was there 5 years ago, but since then the product barely improved. UT sees significant competition from considerably cheaper competitors who offer same/better experience. Additionally the company has been and continues to undergo restructurings which doesn’t help align on execution.

Just like in an Irvin Welsh book:- When you think it couldn't get any worse - it does. Endless layoffs, terrible treatment of staff. Very negative culture.

Thoma Bravo merger has been disappointing, to say the least: unreasonable quotas, lacking communication and direction, GTM technology is confusing for customers
